Job summary

TP Bennett in Manila is seeking an experienced BIM Author to join our Manila team. The role focuses on producing accurate 3D models, drawings and schedules using Revit, with strong attention to detail and compliance with BIM standards and ISO 19650.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist in model coordination, perform quality checks, and support the BIM Coordinator and Senior BIM Lead in daily tasks. Ongoing training and development are encouraged to keep skills current.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ BIM modelling experience in built environment.
• Proficient in Revit; Navisworks and AutoCAD familiarity is advantageous.
• Familiar with BIM standards (ISO 19650) and coordination workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Model Creation and Development: Develop 3D models using Revit and other BIM-authoring tools based on project specifications.
• Documentation: Produce accurate drawings and schedules from BIM models for design and construction purposes.
• Coordination Support: Assist in the integration of models from multiple disciplines to identify clashes and inconsistencies.
• Quality Control: Follow BIM standards and guidelines to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand project goals and BIM workflows.
• Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to improve proficiency in BIM tools and workflows.
