Job summary

Cundall in Manila is seeking a talented MEP focused Revit Technician to join our Building Services team and produce BIM models for international projects.

You will develop 2D CAD assemblies and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Autodesk Forma, while applying BIM Level 2 and ISO19650 standards. A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is preferred and strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate has BIM modelling experience and BIM Level 2 exposure.
• Relevant degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Proven ability to plan workload and communicate with engineering teams and CAD specialists.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies for projects.
• Develop 3D coordinated BIM models in Revit for multiple design stages.
