hosting.com is seeking a Billing Specialist to join a global, fast-moving hosting company. You will handle customer billing inquiries, process refunds and credits, and ensure accurate billing records while upholding established policies.

The role requires strong numeracy, attention to detail, and clear written communication. You will work with CRM and billing tools, and collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Competenze

• Experience in customer billing support and refunds processing.
• Ability to explain invoice structures clearly to customers.
• Familiarity with CRM and billing tools to locate transactions.

Mansioni

• Provide clear and accurate responses to customer and internal billing queries, including invoices, charges, and payment methods.
• Process refunds, credits and billing adjustments according to policies; coordinate with Finance to reconcile payments.
• Identify recurring billing issues and escalate when needed; review records to prevent errors and de-escalate disputes.
