You will bring strong numeracy, clear written communication, experience with CRM and billing tools, and a solid Excel foundation. A proactive, customer-focused attitude is essential to maintain trust with clients and keep billing accurate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support Billing
• Strong written communication skills

• Technical knowledge or strong interest in IT and web technologies
• Experience with web hosting environments (domains, DNS, email, websites)
• Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, accurate responses to billing queries and refunds.
• Process refunds, credits, and billing adjustments.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile payments.
• Identify recurring billing issues and suggest improvements.
• Review billing records to prevent errors and de-escalate disputes.
