Job description

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their designated section within the Billing team. This role involves leading recruitment efforts, conducting training sessions, and providing coaching and mentorship to team members. The supervisor will guide the team in alignment with the firm's core values and Manilas service value proposition and initiatives, while also addressing the teams key concerns or support needs from management.

The role also emphasizes maintaining transparency with key stakeholders by regularly sharing updates and providing consistent feedback
