Job summary

Asia Cargo Container Line Inc. is seeking a Billing Staff in Laguna to ensure accurate invoicing and timely debt collection.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to manage accounts receivable, issue invoices, and communicate with customers to resolve billing questions. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, college-level business studies, and strong MS Office/data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience with accounts receivable or billing processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accurate data entry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain accounts receivable.
• Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered.
• Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Request payments of pending debts in a firm yet courteous manner.
• Keep accurate records and templates, including Excel spreadsheets for accounts.
• Prepare and submit statements to customers and management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Purpose

Billing Staff ensures that the company tracks and collects debts consistently and correctly which includes safeguarding the revenues and charges its customers appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner.
