Job summary

The role involves handling customer requests from initiation to resolution, collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, Billing, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

You will operate within a global service delivery model and uphold high-quality standards across AMERS and other regions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent written communication by managing customer interactions through clear, professional email communications.
• Prepare, review, and draft customer responses, internal communications, knowledge articles, and process documentation with high accuracy.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, including AMERS clients, ensuring timely resolutions and positive experiences.
• Apply sound judgment to assess requests, prioritize workload, and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless resolution of queries and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Adapt to changing priorities, including shifts and cross-training as needed.
