Job summary

MRI Software is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead a global billing operation. The role focuses on accurate, timely invoicing, revenue recognition compliance, and driving process improvements within a multi-system environment.

You will coach a team of Billing Analysts, oversee end-to-end billing activities, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales to optimize revenue operations. This hybrid role is based in Ortigas and offers strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial controls.
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred).
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Billing Analysts to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including invoice generation, credit memos, and revenue review.
• Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and revenue recognition requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as billing accuracy and ticket resolution time.
• Manage escalations and resolve complex billing issues.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue validation.
