Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational background: at least 1 year of college, preferably accounting-related.
• Work experience: data entry with invoicing background preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in Billing.
• Excellent English communication skills (at least 8/10).
• MS Office proficiency: Advanced user (at least 8/10).

Responsibilities

• Maintain volume and KPI of Service Orders daily.
• Review Service Orders using training guides.
• Make corrections to Service Orders for invoicing.
• Communicate with onshore team for higher level reviews/approvals.
• Confirm 3rd party Service Orders meet NTE standards.
