Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated Business Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional support to our customers, helping to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience while building a new function within a fast-growing tech company.

You will monitor daily scheduling and shift management, resolve issues at scale, collaborate with Biz Ops to develop standard operating procedures, and rotate through early mornings, late nights, and weekends as we expand to 24x7 support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer success or business support in a fast-growing company.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and swift execution.
• Proactive problem-solving with ownership mindset.
• Enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rapid, high-touch support to businesses on time-sensitive workforce issues.
• Oversee daily scheduling and shift management to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as a trusted contact for businesses and workers, providing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and create SOPs.
• Resolve standard customer requests (80%) and partner with Biz Ops for complex cases.
• Utilize internal systems to monitor requests and assist users on the platform.
• Work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
