Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Collection Assistant to support us in Davao City. You will handle invoicing, receivables, and timely issuance of official receipts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy, at least one year in billing or bookkeeping, and willingness to work on site six days a week. Strong data entry and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.
• At least 1 year of billing/collection or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of receivables and CWTs; issue ORs.
• Verify payables, ensure proper tax claims and funds disbursement with complete documentation.
• Maintain reconciliations of sales, collections, and aging for AR and AP.
• Prepare month-end reports, tax returns, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor billings, collections, and disbursements for timeliness and accuracy.
• Assist in preparing budgets and cash position reports; support audits.
