Job summary

IOT Philippines Inc. is seeking a Billing and Collections Associate to manage billing, collections, and related ERP records. You will verify POs, process orders, and coordinate across departments to maintain accurate financial documentation and cash flow.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and the ability to handle multiple documentation requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in billing, collections, or documentation management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Verify POs and documents against ERP records for accuracy.
• Generate and process ISOs, COFs, tool requests, and field service records.
• Create and maintain project ERP records (JO numbers, Analytic Accounts, BOM breakdowns).
• Organize and file project documentation across departments with approved channels.
• Monitor project transactions and ensure compliance with company procedures.
