Job summary

MicroSourcing invites an Accounts Receivable Associate (Billings) to join our Quezon City team on a hybrid, day-shift schedule. You will prepare monthly customer invoices and verify cost sheets for accuracy, while maintaining data integrity in the billing application and ERP system.

You’ll work with the finance team on month-end close, generate AR reports, and help maintain customer master data. We value collaboration, growth, and diversity in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail with deadlines.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing process by preparing monthly customer invoices and reviewing cost sheets.
• Encode and update financial data in billing application and ERP system.
• Support month-end closing procedures with the finance team.
• Generate accounts receivable and accounting reports as directed by management.
• Coordinate maintenance of master data including customer profiles, project details, pricing structures.
• Resolve financial discrepancies through proactive communication with client experience teams and external clients.
• Support ERP Project implementation and continuous improvement.
