Job summary

Outworks Pty Ltd is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team in the Philippines. You will handle batch allocations, monitor billing runs and generate detailed billing reports for our telecom clients.

• Graduate of Accounting, IT, or related courses.
• Minimum 3 years billing experience in telecom or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage batch allocation of customers and bill run kick-off.
• Monitor billing production runs.
• Billing reports generation and analysis.
• Manage daily and monthly CDR file feeds from carriers.
• Billing support duties on tickets allocated.
• Setup analysis of billing functionality and rating plans.
• Identify areas for improvement and document business processes.
• Perform checks and QA on monthly invoice runs.
• Invoice checking and QA.
• Reports checking and customer balancing trending.
• Sample invoice checks.
• Assist in monthly billing audits and daily QA tasks.
• Proactive investigation of billing trends.
• Billing integrity verification.
• Perform verification of billing changes.
• Other tasks may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Accounting or Information Technology or any related courses
• Minimum 3 years experience in billing within a telecommunications service provider or equivalent commercial business
