We are looking for German Support Agents to provide Level 1 back-office support through chat and email channels. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to intermediate German proficiency, especially in written communication, who can assist customers accurately, professionally, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 customer support through chat and email channels.
• Read, understand, and respond to customer inquiries in German and/or English as required.
• Use Google Translate and other approved tools to assist with language understanding and response accuracy.
• Assist customers with account-related concerns, general inquiries, service requests, and basic troubleshooting depending on account needs.
• Ensure all responses are clear, professional, accurate, and aligned with account guidelines.
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions properly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and professionalism in a back-office support environment.

Requirements

• At least basic to intermediate German proficiency, especially in written communication.
• Ability to speak German verbally is an advantage.
• Familiarity with using Google Translate or similar translation tools.
• Good reading comprehension and written communication skills.
