Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, Philippines, is seeking a motivated Spanish bilingual Recruiter to support recruitment activities across multiple channels. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

You will source and screen candidates, maintain records, and coordinate with teams to meet hiring targets. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, incentives, HMO coverage, and a fixed night shift with weekends

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• At least 6 months of experience in BPO/Call Center, Retail or Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, ESL Teaching, Email/Chat/Back-Office Support, or other service-oriented roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in recruitment and sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, company websites, staffing firms, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
• Communicate professionally with candidates in English and Spanish.
• Support additional recruitment and administrative tasks as needed.
