Our Clients in BGC, Taguig, is seeking a Spanish bilingual Technical/Customer Service Representative to join an in-house team supporting a US-based client. You will handle inbound inquiries and provide high-quality technical and customer support in Spanish and English.

The role requires troubleshooting basic technical concerns, documenting interactions, and escalating when needed. Training will be provided on product knowledge and medical device support to ensure success in the role.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Experience in customer service or technical support in BPO or in-house settings.
• US healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and resolution to customer concerns.
• Support customers using medical devices with proper guidance and escalation when necessary.
