Job summary

Birches Group LLC. is seeking a Sr. Account Manager (French bilingual) to drive growth in market surveys.

You will engage non-paying participants, convert them into clients, and apply your deep knowledge of the Community Market product to expand the company’s client base. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales or business development, with fluency in English and French. You will build relationships, pursue strategic alliances, and help shape engagement strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder.
3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
Proven track record in client acquisition and market penetration.
Experience in strategic selling and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify issues affecting utility of Community Market data and client use.
Grow participation by expanding geographic partnerships and converting leads.
Support market research through strategic alliances and collaborations.
Initiate contact with qualified leads and build credibility via events, emails, social media.
Secure sales from partnerships aligned with delivery timelines and priorities.
Continuously assess and improve business development approaches.
