Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Buyer / Procurement Analyst to support APAC Procurement as a Service. The role requires fluency in Nihongo and English to manage supplier relations, contracts, and RFx activities across CBRE accounts.

The candidate will work with cross‑functional teams in a hybrid setup, leveraging MS Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI to drive procurement efficiency and compliance. Experience with e-procurement platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in Nihongo and English; read, write and speak to internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute e-sourcing events and RFx activities.
• Manage contracts and supplier compliance & performance.
• Coordinate onboarding for CBRE Accounts and supplier vetting.
• Lead in regional procurement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and manage supplier performance programs and communications.
