Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Analyst in Manila responsible for designing, evaluating, and reporting on data related to sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance. You will support global sourcing requirements and maintain data integrity across databases.

The role emphasizes analysis, financial evaluation, and forecasting. A hybrid working setup is provided with opportunities to contribute to procurement improvements and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
• Prepare the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
• Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes to enhance accuracy and access.
• Collect and rationalize data from many sources; conduct thorough financial evaluation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy; use data from many sources to create a complete overview with improvements and recommendations.
• Prepare forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
