Job summary

DXC Technology in the Philippines is seeking a French bilingual Customer Service Representative to support Life Insurance operations. You will be the frontline contact for policyholders, advisors, and providers, delivering outstanding service in French and English.

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
Minimum 1 year of Life Insurance support experience.
Experience in customer service, contact center, or insurance operations environment.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries from policyholders, advisors, and providers in French and English.
Provide accurate information regarding Life Insurance products and policies.
Process customer requests and maintain accurate records within company systems.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in accordance with established procedures.
Meet service level, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
