J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines seeks a Mandarin-Japanese bilingual Sales Supervisor to lead customer outreach and grow the company’s client base in local and international markets.

Based in Bataan, the role requires daily on-site work, planning sales strategies, negotiating terms, and coordinating with management to ensure smooth delivery and growth of manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Mandarin, Japanese and English spoken at conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience as Sales Manager in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base in manufacturing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local and international clients, focusing on Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, suppliers and partners.
• Communicate and negotiate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients regarding product specifications, pricing, quotations, sales agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Promote the company's plastic injection molding products and capabilities to potential customers.
• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and local management to facilitate communication and coordination.
