Qualifications

• Can speak Japanese and Tagalog; English is also needed.
• Must be a Filipino who speaks Japanese.
• JLPT PASSERS only (N3, N2, and N1).
• Experience working in Japan is a big advantage.
• Familiarity with Japanese culture is also a significant advantage.
• Previous experience as an interpreter is advantageous.
• Can process BIR 2303 and Authority to Print after obtaining an offer.

Responsibilities

• Work as an interpreter between Japanese Managers and Filipino workers.
• Relay information from Japanese Leaders to Filipino employees.
• Attend meetings to discuss company systems with workers.
• Visit the site with Japanese Managers to coordinate with Filipino workers.
• Assist and welcome visitors or expats from Japan.
• Support production-related translation.
• Attend meetings during Japanese business trips.
• Help employees with training under Japanese supervision.
• Perform back office tasks requiring Japanese translation.
