Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines seeks an Expense Analyst to review and process employee expense reports, ensuring policy compliance and timely reimbursements. You will support employees, resolve inquiries, and analyze expense data to drive accuracy and efficiency.

This hybrid role offers flexible office and remote work upon supervisor agreement. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 2+ years in expense-related roles are required, with fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 2+ years in Expense Management, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with expense management systems (SAP Concur, Oracle, Workday) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit expense reports for policy compliance.
• Process employee reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve expense-related issues and discrepancies.
• Analyze expense trends and prepare reports.
• Support audits and month-end activities.
• Provide expense policy guidance to employees.
