Fresenius Medical Care in the Philippines is growing its Global Business Services and is seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to join our centralized FP&A team in the Manila Hub. You will perform FP&A transactions and support financial reporting and analytics across the organization.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, and a mindset for process improvement, with SAP/AFO knowledge as a plus. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A or related experience such as reporting or accounting.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools knowledge is a plus.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of finance processes.
• SAP and AFO knowledge is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare periodic reports for group purposes.
• Prepare management reports.
• Extract data for financial reporting.
• Validate and control checks of submitted data.
• Support the local country team in analytical tasks and ad-hoc data.
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Share best practices with co-workers and introduce new methods.
• Ensure tasks meet agreed Service Levels and Metrics.
• Maintain process documentation.
