Job summary

Mysigrid in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist for a hybrid role supporting a Singapore retail and gifting brand. The position emphasizes precision, warmth, and timely delivery, with the team coordinating across email, phone, website chat, and WhatsApp.

You will manage end-to-end orders, liaise with operations and delivery partners, and provide administrative support to the client’s team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, order management in ecommerce or logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; basic Mandarin.
• Ability to multi-task across email, phone, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Familiar with order management platforms and familiarity with data entry.
• Attention to detail in order data; professional communication.
• Reliable home internet and quiet work environment for remote days.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-channel customer conversations with accurate, timely responses.
• Process orders end to end with correct recipient details and dates.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse and delivery partners to fulfill orders.
• Maintain clean records in order management and CRM systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and reporting to the client’s team.
• Assist outbound customer engagement and campaigns in later phases.
