Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the frontline for after-sales care, supporting Industrial Solutions brands RIDGID, Greenlee, and Klauke. You will build strong relationships and deliver accurate, responsive support.

You will handle inquiries on price, lead time, warranty, and RMA; provide email and phone support to sales and distribution partners; and resolve complaints to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or other related functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient customer service and accurate solutions per defined processes.
• Attend to product information including price, lead time, warranty, SRA and RMA requests.
• Provide email and phone support to sales and distribution partners (order entry, quotation, status, shipping).
• Handle and resolve customer complaints including missed shipments, incorrect orders, billing disputes, and exports.
• Perform other customer service administration duties, such as open order report and export documents.
