Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking a bilingual professional to review high-volume customer interactions with strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently communicate findings and coaching recommendations in Bahasa Malaysia and English. This onsite role requires meticulous analysis and clear reporting.

The ideal candidate fluent in BM and English, with at least one year in a BPO environment, will handle customer service related accounts and participate in process and compliance

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of BPO experience in a BPO, customer service, or shared services environment.
• Experience handling customer service, technical support, e-commerce, ride-hailing, fintech, or similar accounts is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process and compliance gaps.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must be currently based in the Philippines and able to work within the required PH site.
