Job summary

Arup is seeking a Credit and Control Analyst to manage the debtors ledger and ensure timely cash collection across APAC. You will handle AR administration, invoicing, credits, refunds, and credit checks, enabling a unified debt-collection approach.

The role requires 3+ years in AR or Credit Control, fluent English and Mandarin/Cantonese, and strong MS Office skills; JDE experience is a plus. Expect a collaborative, globally-minded finance team with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of JDE preferred.
• Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills.
• Inquisitive, analytical approach with sound judgement and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Administration: Recording and banking of cheques; review unallocated cash; coordinate refunds; review and approve invoices and credit notes; manage unallocated cash and cheque processing; support month-end closing; liaise with local tax consultants; assist with ad hoc finance tasks.
