Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Accountant to manage accounts payable for China and Taiwan entities. You will process invoices, review expenses, perform reconciliations, and ensure policy compliance.

Onsite during probation and hybrid upon regularization, with a focus on accurate documentation, month-end support, and collaboration with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• 1 year combined experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Read, write, and communicate in Mandarin; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactions for China and Taiwan entities.
• Enter invoices, accruals, and expenses in Ariba and Oracle.
• Support month-end closing through accrual preparation, reconciliations, reports, and schedules.
• Audit employee expense reports and ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready accounting documentation.

As an Assistant Accountant, you will handle accounts payable transactions for China and Taiwan entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, expense reviews, reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies.

Work setup: Onsite during probation and hybrid upon regularization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactions for China and Taiwan entities.
• Review and enter invoices, accruals, and expenses in Ariba and Oracle.
• Identify unusual charges, discrepancies, and policy violations.
• Support month-end closing through accrual preparation, reconciliations, reports, and schedules.
• Audit employee expense reports and ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready accounting documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• At least 1 year of combined experience in accounts payable, general accounting, and/or audit.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin.
• Fluent in English for verbal and written communication.
• Experience using accounting software or applications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Willingness to work onsite during probation and follow a shifting schedule.

Good-to-Have

• Experience supporting multinational operations.
• Familiarity with Oracle.
• Experience using automated expense management tools.
