Responsibilities

• Handle bookings and enquiries from customers and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and suppliers to resolve issues and close requests.
• Provide alternative accommodation or solutions to denied bookings to minimise disruption.
• Report system issues to Supervisor and IT for timely resolution.
• Support business retention and conversion by promoting the WebBeds system.
• Coordinate follow-up with accounts for payments and mappings.
