• In-depth knowledge of RA 9184 and procurement procedures.
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS and BAC processes.
• Experience reviewing contracts, TORs, and RFPs for consultancy services.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
