Job summary

Xurpas Incorporated in Manila, Philippines seeks an experienced BI Platform Engineer to configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support BI platforms and related infrastructure. You will deliver service across these platforms to ensure performance and availability.

Responsibilities include resolving disruptions quickly, reviewing production readiness, guiding performance trend analysis, and collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant BI/Analytics experience.
• In-depth knowledge of BI tools: Qlik, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Power BI.
• Experience deploying and monitoring BI solutions.
• Experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible for deployments.
• On-call rotation participation.
• Experience with Linux/Windows and AWS.
• Stays current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support BI platforms and related infrastructure.
• Resolve disruptions quickly to minimize user impact and maintain service levels.
• Review production readiness of technology solutions and coordinate next steps across teams.
• Provide guidance on performance trend analysis and preventive actions.
• Apply logic and statistical models for problem analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to improve practices.
