Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience in application support, production support, or platform administration.
Hands-on experience supporting Business Intelligence platforms.
Experience with deployments, monitoring, and platform administration.
Experience supporting applications running on Linux and Windows.
Experience with AWS environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work on a US shift schedule and hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, and support BI platforms.
Ensure reliable service delivery and stability across supported platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize business impact.
Review production readiness of technology implementations and deployments.
Perform deployments, job scheduling, monitoring, and platform maintenance activities.
Analyze performance trends and proactively optimize to prevent disruptions.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents affecting availability and performance.
Monitor capacity utilization and identify opportunities for optimization.
Administer code management processes and deployment procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance tuning recommendations.
Participate in an on-call support rotation.
