Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our onsite team in Eastwood, Quezon City, working the night shift aligned to EST business hours. You will build and maintain reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and dashboards to deliver timely insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

You bring 5–7 years of data analytics experience, strong SQL and Python skills, and a track record of integrating data from multiple sources via APIs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, analytics engineering, or a related analytical role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python or another scripting/analysis language.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleaning, structuring, and modeling.
• Experience building or maintaining reporting infrastructure, dashboards, or data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Develop data pipelines and automated reports.
• Integrate data from internal and external APIs.
• Apply AI tools to support analysis and process improvement.
• Turn ad hoc requests into structured, repeatable analyses.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success teams to ensure data quality.
• Support customer health, renewal, and retention analytics.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
