Job summary

Maxicare Health Care is seeking a strategic BI Manager to lead our BI team and transform data into actionable insights that power smarter decisions. You will own the BI roadmap, from data architecture to dashboard development, ensuring leaders have the analytics to drive growth and efficiency.

You’ll mentor BI developers and data engineers, design data warehouses, and build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau, partnering with executives to define KPIs and guide data-driven strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL, and modern BI stacks (Power BI, Tableau).
• Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.
• Solid understanding of data governance, ETL/ELT, and cloud data architecture.
• Experience in managing end-to-end BI projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Familiar with ITIL-based service operations and change management.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project leadership skills.
• Experience in automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers.
• Design, manage, and optimize the company’s data warehouse and BI platforms.
• Develop impactful dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI, Tableau, or like
• Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and deliver data insights that influence strategy.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across all BI systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, infrastructure, and analytics maturity.
