Capgemini, a global leader, seeks a BI Hub Leader for our US client in insurance. This role sits on the BI Leadership Team, guiding data governance, analytics, and digital transformation to improve operational performance.

You will recruit and develop talent, oversee performance reviews, and partner with HR Business Partners to shape roles, demand, and hiring priorities across Distribution, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in commercial insurance operations.
• Proven ability to recruit and hire top talent.
• Strong change management and strategy development.
• Experience leading cross-functional BI teams.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop data analytics strategies to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Actuary, Analytics, Underwriting, IT and Finance.
• Recruit, assess, and select top talent; conduct performance reviews.
• Partner with HRBPs on workforce planning and training.
