Job summary

ResultsCX is seeking a Software Developer to gather business intelligence data, create dashboards, and deliver reports to support day-to-day operations. The role focuses on organizing data points and building backend queries to enhance reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate has a BI/reporting background with SQL skills and experience in dashboarding tools such as AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, and SSRS. BPO exposure is a plus and will be appreciated in the fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Mathematics, IT, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in BI/reporting or dashboards.
• BPO background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather business intelligence data from multiple sources.
• Create and deliver dashboards and canned reports for management/operations.
• Produce routine and ad hoc reports as required.
• Organize data points for reporting use.
• Manage projects or tasks from BI leadership.
• Support, maintain and optimize backend queries and dashboards.
