Job summary

Coins is seeking a Business Intelligence professional in the Philippines to build and enhance its BI platform, delivering dashboards, data models, and reporting pipelines across finance, operations, and compliance. You will collaborate with Data Architects, DS, DE, and SRE to ship data products quickly and efficiently, acting as a data evangelist for stakeholders and driving self-service BI adoption.

You will also work on AI-enabled analytics, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision-making,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced data analysis and SQL skills.
• Data modeling for business use cases and self-service.
• Administering BI platform, preferably with hundreds of reports and dashboards for 100+ users.
• Basic experience in developing or fine-tuning AI models for data analysis, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
• Strong understanding in financial modeling, analysis and planning.
• High level of interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven with a proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities well.
• Entrepreneurial with strong business acumen - ability to articulate analyses and translate to actionable business insights.
• Fluent in English for cross-functional communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace.
