Job summary

CF Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to independently understand business problems and develop practical solutions using Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other tools. The role involves leading stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, validating data, and presenting findings with clarity.

You will develop Tableau dashboards, write SQL queries, and ensure accuracy across reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning).
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Tableau and writing SQL for data extraction/validation.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand problems, reporting needs, and operations.
• Lead requirement-gathering meetings, report reviews, and dashboard demonstrations.
• Break down complex requests into practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to present trends and insights.
• Write SQL to extract, transform, and validate data.
• Validate data across files, systems, and databases before sharing results.
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and business rules.
