A leading sales company in the Philippines seeks a motivated sales representative for its operations in Metro Manila. Candidates must be at least in their 2nd year of college and can start ASAP. Responsibilities include daily reporting to the Sales Office, attending morning huddles, managing stock withdrawals, expanding outlet base, and meeting sales KPIs. Open to all genders, prior experience in sales is not required.

Job description
Responsibilities
a) Reports to the Sales Office every day on time, six (6) days a week, and wearing the prescribed uniform ;
b) Attends and participates in the Sales Office morning huddle before routing;
c) Withdraws stocks from the Sales Office to sell in his assigned territory, upon compliance with the Sales Office stocks withdrawal procedures;
d) Drives, if necessary, the assigned vehicle for the routing;
e) Follows a coverage plan provided by his work superior for the sale and merchandise of the assigned products;
f) Expands active outlet base and taps new, potential retailers;
g) Achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Company, as follows:
1.Completion of route list = 240 beer selling outlets;
2.Buying rate of eighty percent (80%) based on the 240 outlets of the route list;
3.Volume achievement of a minimum of 2400 cases per month or as set by the Company (as sales volume targets shall be increased from time to time;
h) Performs in-store basic call procedures, as follows:
1.Checks inventory of stocks.
2.Suggests orders based on inventory and offtakes.
3.Ensures target for the outlet is met.
4.Performs merchandising as needed.
i) Collects the amount of money based on his delivery and properly accomplishes the corresponding sales invoice/s.
j) Emphasizes stock rotation, proper storage, and careful handling techniques with the outlets.
k) Completes the required calls (around 40 calls per day);
l) Returns to the Sales Office, remits cash collection to the Cashier, and ensures accuracy of cash collected against products sold;
m) Submits required report/s, with supporting document/s, to the Territory Development Supervisor (TDS) for the review of his transactions;
n) Submits required report/s, with supporting document/s, to the Settlement Analyst for the settlement of his transactions
