Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR or related
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably handling 500–1000+ headcount
• Experience with government reporting and employee benefits is desirable

Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing and monitoring of loan trackers for payroll accuracy
• Communicate with leaders for updates and clarifications
• Prepare monthly loan deduction reports for payroll processing
• Generate required reports and maintain HR data trackers
• Administer government reports and remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
• Coordinate with employees on inquiries and document processing for government and company benefits
• Liaise with liaison officer and government reps on employee updates and concerns
• Maintain trackers for employee benefits and reimbursements
• Assist employees in applying for government-provided loans
• Participate in planning with government agencies for related seminars
