Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a Benefits Administration & Automation Analyst to join our global Benefits team. Reporting to the Manager - Benefits, you will drive process improvement and automation to simplify and scale Nasdaq's benefits programs across regions.

Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement (in-office at least 2 days a week) and opportunities to partner with People Technology, HR operations, and external vendors on system-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and automation.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems and data tools (Workday/Excel).

As a Benefits Administration & Automation Analyst , reporting to the Manager - Benefits , you'll play a critical role in simplifying, scaling, and enhancing Nasdaq's global benefits programs through process improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive global benefits administration and automation initiatives that improve the employee and operational experience.
• Partner with People Technology, the People Service Center, and external vendors to streamline and simplify benefits processes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of benefits programs, system-enabled solutions, and related policies.
• Manage project coordination activities - tracking priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress across key workstreams.
• Prepare and analyze benefits data to surface actionable insights that support decision-making and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a comparable function.
• Demonstrated ability to support process improvement and automation initiatives in a complex, global environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional and matrixed teams.
• Proficiency in HR systems and data tools (e.g., Workday, Excel, or similar platforms).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with benefits-related integrations, testing, or system implementations.
• Familiarity with global benefits frameworks and cross-regional HR processes.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools or automation platforms in an HR or operations context.

This position will be located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines , and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
