Oak Drive Capital Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in El Nido, Palawan to lead the beach club’s daily operations and guest experience.

You will coordinate kitchen, service, bar, and venue readiness while upholding brand standards and driving operational efficiency. You will develop and enforce service protocols, manage inventory and vendors, and collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams to optimize costs and promote events.

Formación

• At least 4 years of dining operations management experience.
• Experience in Siargao, La Union, or Poblacion is advantageous.
• Bartending background and relationships with promoters are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen – entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to plan, prioritize, and organize work.
• Willing to be deployed in Siargao.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the beach club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Create and execute standard protocols to maintain consistent excellent service quality and guest experience.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Compile and deliver reports to management with analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with F&B team to review and update menus based on feedback and trends.
• Oversee back-office operations with head office Finance team.
• Work with Marketing to implement campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff.
• Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Hire/advice and coordinate with head office HR as needed.
• Address employee concerns promptly and fairly.
