Qualifications

• At least 5 years in dining operations management.
• Experience in Siargao, La Union, or Poblacion is advantageous.
• Bartending background and promoter relationships are advantageous.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial business acumen.
• Able to plan, prioritize and organize work.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the beach club for smooth service.
• Create protocols to ensure consistent service quality and guest experience.
