The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, process optimization, and talent development, with a focus on client relationships and revenue contributions.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in a BDC, sales, or sales operations.
• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing leads.
• Deep knowledge of automotive dealership operations and BDC best practices.
• Strong CRM and DMS proficiency.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the BDC Sales Operations Leads.
• Be accountable for the BDC's sales performance and revenue.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
• Partner with IT, Training, and Operations to optimize processes.
• Develop talent and succession planning for the team.
• Collaborate with Client Services to ensure client satisfaction.
