Job summary

W & W TECHNOLOGIES INC. in the Philippines seeks a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth of the WinPlus creator network by onboarding agencies from major live streaming platforms.

You will hunt, pitch, and register Agency Managers and Talent Agencies, building lasting relationships to boost host engagement and retention. Fluency in English and Tagalog is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Talent Acquisition, or Sales within the live streaming, audio app, or creator economy industries
• Strong network of existing Agency Managers, Talent Leads, or Host Communities on major streaming platforms
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in both English and Tagalog (Taglish)
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding agency onboarding targets
• High familiarity with live streaming ecosystem dynamics, agency revenue shares, and host management

• Identify, contact, and pitch top-performing Agency Managers and Talent Agencies across rival and complementary live streaming platforms
• Pitch the WinPlus value proposition, commission structures, and agency benefits to convert external leads into registered WinPlus agencies
• Lead prospective agencies through end-to-end negotiation, registration, and initial policy orientation
• Build strong relationships with agency leaders to ensure smooth talent migration and early host retention
• Monitor live streaming industry trends, competitor payout models, and talent recruitment strategy to refine acquisition tactics

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our creator network on the WinPlus Application. In this role, your primary focus will be hunting, reaching out to, and onboarding experienced Agency Managers and Talent Agencies from other live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, BIGO, Poppo, MICO, etc.) to establish and scale their agency presence on WinPlus.
