Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service with friendly, discreet service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
• Handle or relay guest feedback and inquiries to Club Floor Supervisors and Club Manager, ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Conduct regular trainings to employees on preparation, service, and menu pairing related to the beverage menu.
• Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene, reporting accidents and responding properly to hotel emergencies.
