Job summary

The Peninsula Manila is seeking a motivated professional to assist with loyalty program execution, member communication, and basic reporting across hotel departments in Makati.

You will help implement initiatives, manage rewards, track points, and coordinate with Operations, Rooms, Reservations, and Sales & Marketing to deliver seamless experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in Operations in hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of guest experience principles and hotel operations.
• Knowledge in CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
