Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in greeting, seating and service.
• Relay and address guest/employee feedback to supervisors and managers.
• Foster positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Conduct regular trainings on beverage preparation, service and menu pairing.
• Maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards and report incidents.
